At Hooray, we craft each item just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or if you change your mind—please double-check your order! However, if there’s a defect or manufacturing error, we’ve got your back. Simply email us at returns@gethooray.com within 10 business days, including details and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll set it right with a reprint or refund.
